Our Mission
Busy Bee’s mission is to support families and children by offering quality, responsive caregiving
in a small group setting. Our goal is to help nurture your child’s independence, self-confidence,
and sense of community by providing an inclusive environment that celebrates kindness and
diversity. Little ones are encouraged to learn about the world around them through
exploration, play, music, and movement.
Individualized Learning
At Busy Bee Preschool, we understand that every child has unique needs and learning styles. Our program integrates Waldorf and Montessori teaching styles with a neuroaffirmative approach to serve each child based on his/her/their strengths, interests, and support needs.
Expert Educators
Our team of highly qualified teachers and aides is dedicated to providing the best learning environment for your child. Our lead teachers have degrees in education, social work or child development, while aides have a minimum of six months programmatic experience as well as completed college coursework or training in Infant-Toddler and/or Child Development. There are multi-lingual teachers in every classroom with a focus in Spanish.
Inclusive Community
We believe that a strong sense of community is vital for a child's growth and development. At Busy Bee Preschool, we foster a welcoming and inclusive space where children and families from all backgrounds and abilities feel valued and respected. We host monthly events for enrolled families to build and strengthen our community throughout the year.
